The Senior Behavior Analyst is an integral component to the expansion and development of the Clinical Department. The position is responsible for providing direct person-centered services in the Adult program, services through our consultation department, and the development, management, and supervision of select agency initiatives. The Senior Behavior Analyst also collaborates across all departments to promote resolution of behavior related issues and creates, implements, and evaluates, programmatic initiatives to support participants and program development.
Develop, train, and oversee quality behavioral and skills-based support and intervention plans
Maintain appropriate data collection systems that include data analysis and data-based decision making
Assist in the daily operations of behavioral services and areas
Supervise and mentor staff in the Registered Behavioral Technician Program
Develop participant and program specific reports
Master's Degree in Psychology or ABA
Licensed BCBA (or expectation of imminent completion)
Minimum of 2 years working with people with ASD
