Policies

Membership Check: Registrations will be verified. A processing fee applies to cancellations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received by 5 pm ET one month before the event (October 2, 2026) will be eligible for a refund, less a 5% administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations after that date, but substitutions will be allowed; that is, the registration may be transferred to another individual.
