Dear NYSABA Member, In light of the recent Psychology Practice Law, NYSABA's Legislative Committee has put together the following survey regarding the practice of behavior analysis in New York State. Licensing or certification of occupations and professions is approved on a state level, and one of NYSABA's goals is to gain recognition of Board Certified Behavior Analysts®. The following survey is designed to gather information relevant to that issue in preparation for application to New York State. Thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey. Your answers will help us work towards recognition of Board Certified Behavior Analysts® by New York State.
